With their latest loss against the Paarl Royals, MI Cape Town finds itself in a precarious situation. With half of the matches over, the team is yet to register a win and finds itself at the bottom of the points table. If MI lose this game, they could find it very difficult to recover.

Barring Ryan Rickelton and Rassie van der Dussen, the batting from MI Cape Town hasn’t been the best. Despite having quality players like Nicholas Pooran, Reeza Hendricks, Tom Moores, and Jason Smith, the middle-order batting leaves a lot to be desired.
