The Royal Challengers Bangalore have played very well this season. They have won three out of four matches and currently sit third on the points table. Their latest win was a high-scoring victory against the Mumbai Indians on Sunday.
RCB has been brilliant with the bat. They have scored over 200 runs in all 4 games this season. Phil Salt and Virat Kohli form a very dangerous opening pair. Kohli just scored his second half-century of the season and although his strike-rate was below what was expected, we think he is likely to bounce back.
Captain Rajat Patidar is the leading run-scorer for the team and controls the middle order alongside Devdutt Padikkal. Big hitters Tim David and Romario Shepherd finish the innings with valuable runs at the end. This middle order is where RCB is most dangerous and frequently takes the game away from the opposition.
