Priyansh Arya, Shreyas Iyer, and Prabhsimran Singh suffered a rare failure on Wednesday as they were all dismissed for single-digit scores against the Sunrisers. Prabhsimran and Priyansh will look to give the team a solid start in this match, while Shreyas Iyer remains a vital cog in the middle order.

Cooper Connolly is having a dream debut in the IPL as he struck a fine century in the previous fixture and is now the leading run-scorer for Punjab this season. With Marcus Stoinis, Marco Jansen, and Suryansh Shedge coming in lower down the order, there is no dearth in batting depth.
