However, they are yet to get their hands on the trophy. The team will look to break that jinx and win their maiden title.

The Chattogram Royals gained a relatively easy entry to the finals, as they won Qualifier 1, defeating the Rajshahi Warriors. The players have had ample time to rest and will come out to play with rested bodies and refreshed minds. Mirza Baig and Mohammad Naim gave the team a solid start in the previous match, and would like to do the same in this match as well.

Naim is the leading run-scorer for the team, while Baig played an impressive knock of 45 runs on Tuesday. The middle order has plenty of batsmen, including Mahmudul Hasan Joy, Asif Ali, Hasan Nawaz, and Zahiduzzaman.

While their form has been patchy, the team will expect them to contribute with the bat. The bowling has been one of Chattogram’s biggest strengths.
